Educational Careers and Academic choices of our kids have become very challenging these days as the students have diverse interests and education arena offers many choices. This challenge has become more acute as in country like ours, these decisions are highly driven by family choices and are greatly influenced by peers and friends. The longer-term impact of such a decision mess is: frustrations, lack or declining academic interests and unwanted career paths.

Furthermore, education in every part of India only focuses on cracking the exam with rare emphasis on concepts and its practical application. Education being episodic event, the element of continuous learning is completely missing. Lack of practical exposure to live working conditions in Industry and unupdated fresh knowledge produces paper degree holders rather than the carrier of knowledge. The longer-term impact is: uninformed and outdated degree holders unable to meet practical challenges, incompetent individuals lacking practical exposure from industry perspective.

What they need is an atmosphere to express, open up, talk, discuss, debate, understand and then decide. We help the students to choose right career paths and we facilitate their career and education decisions. Parmarsh attempts to fill the knowledge vacuum by updating the students through its unique Education and Career Seminar series, taking students to Practical Exposure Field Trips within and outside India and update the  students with fresh knowledge through its various short duration courses and workshops.
